How much does a website and hosting cost?
Website costs range from $1000-$8000+ according to the size and complexity of the project. That said our initial meetings are always free and we have competitive rates for the quality of work delivered. Hosting costs can also vary. A small website will generally be $10-$20 monthly, whereas a more complex ecommerce or API heavy website could be more depending on the costs involved.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Once your websites complete and paid for all relevant files will be available to you on request and you will have full ownership. We don’t do lock-in contacts either so, while we try and provide the best hosting and support possible, you're free to take the website down or host with another provider at your discretion.
Do you do Copywriting? SEO Optimization? Digital Marketing?
Yes. Although thoughtfulHQ specialises in web design and development we also have a broad understanding of the project lifecycle and can offer copywriting, SEO and Digital Marketing services as part of your project. Some clients opt to write their own copy which is 100% okay. On the other end of the spectrum if you have aggresive goals and a large budget we may opt to make introductions and work alongside businesses more focused in these areas of digital growth so you have the best team for success.
Do you use templates?
No. At thoughtfulHQ we create custom solutions for your goals. While technically we can work with templates, and If you have a template or website which you’d like to model or take some inspiration from we’re happy to do this, for the best fit with your customers and goals a bespoke solution is generally the best option.
